Update, Monday, July 8

Thanks to everyone who has gotten in touch. The response has been very gratifying. We have leafleted about a third of the Hoover attendance area, and expect to have done more than half by tomorrow’s meeting. Many people were not even aware that the board might close Hoover, especially since the process is occurring over the summer break. The holiday weekend made it impossible to print lawn signs in time for the meeting, but they should be available by the end of the week. If you haven’t already, please take a moment to email the board (at board@iccsd.k12.ia.us) your feelings on the proposal. Thank you again!
